Everything you need to know about concrete leveling and foam injection.
Most residential foam injection jobs cost between $500-$2,500, depending on the size of the area and severity of settling. This is typically 50-70% less than full concrete replacement. We provide free on-site estimates with exact pricing and no surprises.
Most jobs are completed in 2-4 hours, and you can walk or drive on the concrete in just 30 minutes. Compare that to mudjacking (24-72 hour cure time) or replacement (7+ days before use).
Unless your concrete is severely cracked or damaged beyond repair, replacement is almost never the best option. It costs 2-3x more, takes days or weeks, destroys your landscaping, and leaves you with the same soil conditions that caused the original problem. Foam injection is faster, cheaper, and addresses the underlying void.
Polyurethane foam is a permanent solution. Unlike mudjacking material (which is basically cement slurry), foam is waterproof and won't wash out or compress over time. Most repairs last 10+ years, and we stand behind our work.
The injection holes are penny-sized (about 5/8" diameter) and are filled with matching concrete patch material after the job. Within a few months of weathering, they're nearly invisible.

Yes. The polyurethane foam we use is inert once cured, meaning it won't leach chemicals into the soil or groundwater. It's also lightweight, so it puts less stress on the underlying soil than heavy mudjacking slurry.
